Healthy Campus Summit presentations online

Campus Health held a Healthy Campus Summit on Oct. 30, 2017 to increase the dialogue around health and building a healthier Tulane Community. T-SHIP Tip: Referrals Required

Students enrolled in T-SHIP should obtain a referral from a provider at The Health Center first before seeking care with a specialist in the community. Specialist referrals must be obtained each year per medical event.

Download Tulane’s immunization compliance form and have your medical provider complete and sign it. Once completed, follow the instructions to submit it online through the Patient Portal. If you have questions regarding immunizations, please email immunizations@tulane.edu.
