T-SHIP Tip: Referrals Required

Students enrolled in T-SHIP should obtain a referral from a provider at The Health Center first before seeking care with a specialist in the community. Specialist referrals must be obtained each year per medical event.

Returning students enrolled in T-SHIP, make an appointment now at The Health Center to get your specialist referrals renewed for the year.

All Campus Health offices will be closed Aug. 29. Staff will reach out to re-schedule appointments as soon as possible.

Download Tulane’s immunization compliance form and have your medical provider complete and sign it. Once completed, follow the instructions to submit it online through the Patient Portal. If you have questions regarding immunizations, please email immunizations@tulane.edu.
