We aim to provide our members – the healthcare leaders of tomorrow – resources to pursue and achieve their goals through leadership, service, and professional development. These resources include professional development, doctor panels, professional school student panels, volunteer and service opportunities, and mentoring programs. EHL is also committed to building charitable relationships with non-profit and community organizations and individuals, such as the Rapha Clinic of Bremen and Temple, Georgia and the "Hot Meals" team at Midway Church in Villa Rica, Georgia.

"Emerging Healthcare Leaders has helped me so much over the years... doctor's panels have given me guidance I needed to choose my desired field in medicine, volunteer opportunities have given me experience, and being on the board has taught me how to work with a team and manage major responsibilities." - Evan Fowler
