Mind.Body.Being. is a seven (7) week series that encourages group members to support one another in overcoming struggles with body image and food. It combines yoga, meditation and community building with the goal of developing a more compassionate relationship with food, body and self. Studio DIY Change

Notice to all our amazing DIY'ers! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow for our weekly Wednesday Studio DIY from 12:30-2:00pm in the Drop In Center!
