March 16th - March 20th

Tired of feeling tired all the time? Annoyed that you can't get enough sleep? Had enough of feeling sluggish throughout the day? Fortunately for you, Sleep Week is here! The Office of Health Promotion has curated helpful information about sleep and how you can get more of it. We will be talking about sleep environments, ways to promote healthy sleep habits, and giving out sleep-tastic giveaways along with chances to win our Sleepy Time Basket!

Visit us throughout the week to earn tickets to enter our raffle for a chance to win our Sleepy Time basket. Our basket is filled with sleep-friendly items including a sound machine, essential oil diffuser, and projector nightlight!

Monday, March 16th

  • Drowsy Driving Table
  • 10 am - 1 pm
  • Student Center Lobby
  • Learn how sleep deprivation impacts your driving, along with tips on how to get a goodnight’s sleep to avoid drowsy driving. Get some fun giveaways including journals and bookmarks.
  • Co-sponsored with Commuter Life.

Tuesday, March 17th

  • Good Sleep Environment Table
  • 11 am - 2 pm
  • Sprague Library
  • Having difficulty sleeping? Factors including your current sleep environment and the foods or drinks you have before bed can impact your sleep. Visit our table and learn about what makes up a good sleep environment and ways to promote sleep hygiene. If you interact with us you could get some cool sleep swag.

Wednesday, March 18th

  • 12:30-2:00
  • Drop In Center
  • Light up the night with one of our glow in the dark mobiles, while supplies last!

Thursday, March 19th

  • Ask HP Anything Sleep Edition
  • 9 am - 5 pm

  • If you have burning questions about sleep here is the time to get them answered. We will be on Instagram answering your sleep questions, giving you tips, and maybe will make a IG live appearance. Look out for us on our Instagram Story.

Friday, March 20th

  • Student Center Lobby
  • Let’s talk about sleep! We are teaming up with Weekends at Montclair to bring you information about all things sleep. Spin our Sleep wheel and answer a question to stuff your own pillow!*
