New Body Image Workshop!

Join the Office of Health Promotion for the Peer Body Project* - a body acceptance workshop to discuss our culture of unattainable beauty ideals and how those ideals affect us, with the aim to improve your personal body image and empower body image activists!

This interactive, student-led discussion group for students impacted by feminine standards of beauty consists of two separate two-hour sessions. For a limited time, upon completion of both sessions, you will receive a $10 gift card.

Workshop Dates

Limited space is available! The more dates you select the more likely you will make it into a group. Once you have filled out the form we will contact you to let you know which group you will be part of.

*The Peer Body Project is an evidence-based body image workshop and NIH-grant funded study for students that involves combating feminine body image 'ideals' and empowering body activists. The workshop consists of 2 separate 2-hour sessions. You will receive a $10 gift card after you complete BOTH sessions and their corresponding surveys. After training, you are also eligible to apply to become a Peer Body Project facilitator if you wish! Feel free to email with any questions.
