Is the thought of getting through the semester keeping you up at night? If so, come join The Office of Health Promotion during the week of Monday March 25th- Saturday, March 30th to help you get your snooze on! We will be providing tips, information, and resources to help you improve your sleep. Also, if you stop by any of our events throughout the week you’ll get the chance to enter and possibly win one of our daily sleep week prizes!

Monday

  • Sleep Wheel
  • Date: Monday March 25th
  • Time: 12-4:30 p.m.
  • Location: Sprague Library
  • Join us at the library to spin our sleep wheel and answer some interesting questions about sleep! Not only will you walk away with new information regarding sleep but you will receive a prize for spinning the wheel and get the chance to win a Travel Pillow and Dream Journal!

Tuesday

  • What’s Keeping You Up At Night?
  • Date: Tuesday March 26th
  • Time: 12-3 p.m.
  • Location: Student Center Lobby
  • Are you getting enough sleep? What's keeping you up at night? We want to hear from you!  If you need help falling asleep, this is the table for you!  Information on how to help you fall asleep and tips to improve your overall sleep quality will be available. You will also have the chance to enter into our daily raffle to win a soft plush blanket and lavender lotion!

Wednesday

  • Positivi-Tea Table
  • Date: Wednesday March 27th
  • Time: 11 a.m.– 2 p.m.
  • Location: Student Center Lobby
  • Can a cup of hot tea before bed help you sleep?  Join us to explore the potential benefits Chamomile, Valerian, Peppermint, Lavender, and Decaffeinated Green Tea. Samples available while supplies last. So come find us, grab a tea bag and enter to win a box of sleepy time tea and a mug!

Thursday

  • Roommates and Your Sleep
  • Date: Thursday March 28th
  • Time: 12 – 3 p.m.
  • Location: Student Center Lobby
  • Is your roommate disrupting your sleep? Join us to learn tips to create a healthy sleep environment and ways to respect different sleep schedules.  Students are eligible to enter our daily raffle for a chance to win essential oils and a diffuser to take home for you and your roommate!

Friday

  • Tired of Being Tired
  • Date: Friday March 29th
  • Time: 1- 2:30 p.m.
  • Location: Student Center Rooms 411-414
  • It’s a pillow! It’s a pet! It’s a stuff your own event! If you’re tired of being tired than we have the perfect solution for you! The Office of Health Promotion will be co-sponsoring with Weekends At Montclair (WAM) in Student Center Rooms 411-414 where you can stuff your very own Pillow Pet to take home. If you are also one of our three kahoot game prize winners you could also be going home with an awesome sleep prize!

Saturday

  • Saturday Crafternoon: DIY Sleep Masks
  • Date: Saturday March 30th
  • Time: 12-2 p.m.
  • Location: Drop In Center
  • Tired of the moonlight shining in your eyes while you’re trying to get some rest? We have the perfect solution for you! Stop by the Drop In Center for Saturday Crafternoon and you’ll get to design your own sleep mask to take home and use!
