De-Stress for Finals

De-Stress for Finals

It’s here. You did it. The end of the semester! You probably still have some projects or papers to finish and definitely a final or two to take, but don’t worry. You’ve got this. We believe in you!

Between all of your studying and late nights, we hope you take a break and join us for a variety of fun and relaxing events. These programs were built for you to help you prepare, be productive, stay healthy and have fun. Can’t make it to one of our events because you’re stuck in the library? Keep a look out for the Snack Fairy throughout finals for some treats, smiles and love.

De-stress for finals is brought to you by the Office of Health Promotion, as well as many other campus partners in collaboration. We plan events. You attend them. For free. We hope to see you there!
