Safer Spring Break Week

Are you feeling overwhelmed from the semester? Have no fear, spring break is almost here! Starting Monday, February 26 - Friday, March 2, the Office of Health Promotion will be promoting safer spring break tips.  There will be information regarding travel safety, sun safety, alcohol, Zika Virus, and more. Visit us during the week to learn about these topics as well as have a chance to win a free travel size first aid kit!

Monday February 26
Ducks Prize Table
Time: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Student Center Lobby

Look out for our Duck Pond Prize table! Visit the Office of Health Promotion Monday, February 26 in the Student Center Lobby from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. to pick a duck, win a prize, and learn about the signs of alcohol poisoning and other safer spring break tips regarding travel safety, sun safety, alcohol, Zika virus, and more!

Tuesday February 27th
Fireside Chats: Vacations and Staycations
Time: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Location: Drop In Center

Join the Office of Health Promotion on Tuesday, February 27 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. in the Drop In Center for conversations over tea and cookies about how you are spending this spring break, whether you are having a vacation or staycation!  This is a great time to meet new people and discuss how to relax and enjoy your time off.

Fun in the Sun Table
Time: 1 - 4 p.m.
Location: Student Center Lobby

Are you ready for some fun in the sun? Visit the Office of Health Promotion Tuesday, February 27 in the Student Center Lobby from 1 - 4 p.m. to learn about sun safety and how to protect yourself from dangerous UV rays!

Wednesday February 28
Studio DIY- Travel Wishlist Booklet
Time: 12:30 - 2 p.m.
Location: Drop In Center

Join the Office of Health Promotion on Wednesday, February 28 at 12:30 - 2 p.m. in the Drop In Center to create your own travel wishlist booklet with all your desired travel destinations!
