UCCSlead is a student leadership development program created in 2015. As it was designed specifically for UCCS, the primary goal is developing engaged and ethical world-changing leaders. The program is open to all undergraduate students and incorporates leadership training and leadership experiences/activities. Upon successful completion of the program requirements and graduation from UCCS, students will receive recognition through a co-curricular transcript, as well as graduation recognition.
The UCCSlead program incorporates elements proven to be critical in the development of well-rounded, successful leaders.
Training- Training in this program includes one module designed to enhance students’ leadership skills and character. This module is called Game Changer. This module provides the skill set to become a leader on campus by gaining new insight, exploring involvement, and community service opportunities.
The guiding principles for the faculty, staff, and students of UCCSlead are:

Upon successful completion of the program requirements and graduation from UCCS, students will receive recognition of their transcripts, as well as graduation recognition.
