Every day we come into relationships with others and have an opportunity to see people through a variety of lens. If our lens is clouded with assumptions and expectations stemming from our own conditioning and experiences it can affect how we respond to others and can disconnect us from a positive interaction. As leaders we must learn to stay present and see through a clear lens so the opportunity to expand, learn from, and deepen our relationships becomes available. This workshop will explore ways to be present for others, be a better listener and communicator, and to find peace with others who may challenge your ways and beliefs.
