Have you ever caught yourself thinking or speaking negatively about women leaders? We have. In this session, we aim to unlearn the harmful expectations and perceptions we have for women leaders. Using the perception placed on women leaders and how individuals should navigate this, participants will leave this session with a better understanding of how to manage bias and expectation within the context of social and personal identities. Through engaging media clips and discussion, you’ll leave this session with a greater understanding of yourself as a leader and how to contribute to positive change in your community.
