Setters Leadership Initiatives Application
Setters Leadership Initiatives is a combination of programs designed to enhance the leadership development process. Our two current programs, the Setters Leadership Program (SLP) and Setters Leadership and Service House (SLH) attribute to this development in two very diverse ways, but both allow students to reach a common goal: becoming a better leader and advocate for their respective communities.
The Setters Leadership Program is a two-year premiere, three-tiered program specific to the Pace University Pleasantville campus. Students in this program attend several workshops and seminars specifically targeted to developing leaders.
The Setters Leadership and Service House is specific to first-year students at Pace University's Pleasantville campus. These students live in the same residential building, participate in community service work, and attend leadership workshops to learn how to become better advocates for leadership in their communities.
