Fall Fest 2016

Friday, September 2nd, 2016

North Lawn, Mall, University Plaza, and Quad

11 am - 3 pm

This is an application for student organizations and departments to participate in Fall Fest 2016 from 11 a.m., until 3 p.m., September 2nd, 2016 on the North Lawn/Quad.

   *In the event of rain, Fall Fest 2016 will be held September 2nd inside the Student Union.*

The University Activities Board would like students, organizations, and departments to enjoy one of the first traditional festivities of the year by having FUN and raising awareness of the wonderful opportunities WSU Raiders have to be involved in campus life!


   **Organizations and Departments are encouraged to have give away items and informational material at their tables as well as to sell food or give out food (i.e. hot dogs, burgers, etc.). The goal of Fall Fest is to inform incoming and existing students of the fantastic opportunities Wright State has to offer to enhance campus life! We can only do this if we get as many organizations and departments involved as possible! Organization and Department members are encouraged to wear promotional clothing**

All Registered Student Organizations in GOOD STANDING and WSU Departments can participate in Wright State University's Fall Fest 2016. Sign up on behalf of your organization or department TODAY!

Application Deadline: Friday, August 19, 2016

If your student organization is not in good standing by August 19, you will NOT be eligible to have a table.

If your organization or department can no longer attend the event and is already approved for a table, cancellation MUST be made before FRIDAY, August 26. A $10 fine will be enforced if no cancellation occurs within the deadline.  

**If selling food, Organizations and Departments must secure a temporary food license with the Greene County Combined Health District.
