WPAW DJ Services Request Form

Pricing

For WPAW's DJ Services, the cost is $75 for Set-up and Break-down fee, and an additional $50/hour of the Event. (for example, a three hour event is $225 [$75 set-up and breakdown + (3 hours x $50)].

Submissions

DJ request forms are due three weeks before the intended event date.  Any submission sent less than three weeks in advance are required to reach out to WPAW by emailing wpawpace@gmail.com.  The email should include a detailed explanation as to why you are requesting WPAW's services past the DJ Request Form deadline.

Cancellations

If WPAW is not notified of a cancellation/ postponement of an event within 48 hours of the event, the $75 set-up and break-down fee for WPAW's DJ services will be paid as a cancellation fee.
If weather makes it so that using WPAW's equipment is impossible (rain, snow, etc.), no fee will be charged for a late cancellation.

Specified Music

For specific music that needs to be played for the event, please send it to wpawpace@gmail.com no less than 2 weeks prior to the event to yield the best possible results during the event.
