Sole Hope: Shoe Cutting Party!

In collaboration with Golden Key International Honour Society

Sole Hope is an organization working in Uganda offering Hope, healthier lives, and freedom from foot-related diseases through education, jobs, and medical relief.

The Shoe Party is an initiative to act and help children and elderly with Jiggers by cutting old jeans and creating the components to create shoes for these children and elderly.

Make Mondays Matter is an event series that takes place on the first Monday of each month.  Around lunchtime, a service opportunity is offered in the Commuter Student Resource Center so that the commuter students there have a regular opportunity to give back.  Examples of Make Mondays Matter projects include writing letters to children and making fleece blankets for hospital patients.
