The purpose of this organization is to provide an opportunity to St. John’s University students to participate in discussions of global concerns, evaluate ways to address these issues, make positive change, and advocate in thought and action for human rights, the poor and the oppressed.
Victoria O'Keefe (Campus Minister for Social Justice)
If your organization has selective membership, please describe the selection process.
You may become a member simply by attending meetings and registering yourself with the Executive Board (E-Board) to be on our roster/email list. To become an official CRS Student Ambassador, you must be invited to CRS-led training, which takes place once a semester. Invitation is based on involvement and contributions to the group. These involvement and contribution requirements will change every year as needed.
