Welcome Members of Tau Omega Chi - Toxicology Club!
Toxicology Club aspires to build a foundation for all toxicology majors, to learn, grow, and build upon their interests and passion for the field. The club hopes to inspire its members to think innovatively, be resourceful, gain experiences, remain interactive academically, socially, professionally, and through service, and to be open minded.
The Executive Board’s aim is to generate excitement for each new academic year through monthly meetings and events throughout the year, such Meet and Greets, Mentoring Programs, Toxicology Education and Awareness Demonstrations, Social Events, Bake Sales, various Community Service opportunities, as well as the annual Induction Ceremony, Toxicology Faculty Reception, MASOT/SOT Conferences, and Tox Expo. The Toxicology Club strongly encourages its members to suggest new items or events that they would like to see from the organization each year.
The Executive Board fosters engagement of students in the toxicology program with the hope that underclassmen will be prepared and willing to carry out the future work of the club. In addition, it aims to remain in contact with past members who can bring their knowledge and expertise in the field back to current members and students in the program.
Your 2018 - 2019 Executive Board is always available and open to comments!
