The Assistant Residential Community Director (ARCD) for the Summer Experience is a 14-week live-on position that supports the creation and facilitation of an integrated residential learning environment for students living in summer housing. This embedded position works with their Residential Community Director (RCD) supervisor to provide comprehensive leadership, support, and operational management for a community of approximately 300 undergraduate students. Immersed in the student community, the ARCD actively manages the learning experience at both the community and individual level, monitoring and supporting students' holistic academic, social, and personal development throughout their experience in summer housing.
