If you need to reallocate funds, please find the appropriate form in the forms section (at the top of this page) and refer to this how-to for guidance.
The Student Allocations Board (SAB) and Funding Oversight Committee (FOC) are UB's student-run governance boards responsible for the disbursement and allocation of student fees to the many student organizations on campus.
The five member SAB is an independent body which considers and decides upon the budget requests of student organizations. SAB members are selected through an open application process in the spring. SAB members may not be an executive member in any club on campus.
The five member FOC consists of the treasurers of SGA and SBA, the chairperson of SAB, an at-large student member, and a staff member from CSI. FOC makes decisions about how fees are initially divided amongst premier organizations and SAB.
Both SAB & FOC review policies related to organization funding annually. All SAB & FOC records, including agendas, minutes, and notes on final allocations, are publicly available upon request in the CSI office (SC 302).
