March 11 & 25 | 11:00am – 1:00pm | Student Government Conference Room (MSC 4300)
Legal aid is a resource provided by the Legal Affairs department in the Executive Branch of Student Government. Lawyers from the Corless Barfield law firm in Tampa, John Mulvihill and Chris Reynolds will be available for free, 15-minute appointments for USF students. Students can use this time to ask the attorneys questions about any legal issues they are having, and gain free legal advice.

March 8, 22, 29 | 6:00 – 9:00pm (tentative) | Senate Chambers (MSC 4200)
All students are welcomed and encouraged to attend Student Government Senate meetings that occur every Tuesday night starting at 6pm in the SG Senate Chambers room (MSC 4200). The remaining Senate meetings this month will be held on March 8, 22, and 29.
In Senate meetings, members of the Senate discuss and put bills in order that help shape university policy and student life at USF. As well, there are typically other university offices, departments, or representatives that come present to the Senate on various topics. Attending meetings is a great way to stay up to date on university happenings. Additionally, if you would like to voice your opinion to the Senate about Senate bills, current policies, or anything else you would like to bring to the Senate, you can discuss this during the Open Forum section of Senate meetings. To speak in Open Forum, contact Senate President, Kristen Truong at firstname.lastname@example.org.
