Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Week 2018 Call for Programs

Each January, the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) brings together campus and community partners to commemorate and reflect on the legacy of one of the greatest Civil Rights leaders of the twentieth century, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

If your department or student organization is interested in hosting an event during the week, please complete this form. In order to be included in our calendar of events, please host a program centered on the principles of MLK. These principles include Strengthening Communities, Empowering Individuals, Justice for All, and Living your Purpose.

MLK Commemorative Week will run from  January 12th - 19th, 2018

The deadline to submit an event is November 30 at 5:00pm.

Note: The MLK Dedication Luncheon will be held on Friday, January 19 at 12:00pm in the MSC Ballroom. No conflicting programs will be advertised on the calendar. OMA reserves the right to decline any program submissions.
