Asian American and Pacific Islander Social Media Spotlight Application
May is Asian/Pacific Islander American Heritage Month! Throughout this time period the Office of Multicultural Affairs will provide a weekly social media spotlight for outstanding Diverse Student Leaders among the USF community for a celebration of Asians and Pacific Islanders.
We recognize that there is not just one face that represents Asian identity and are looking to celebrate the rich diversity across USF by highlighting student leadership, scholarship, involvement, as well as how your heritage has contributed to your greatness. We are looking for diverse student leaders that have helped to influence the campus culture in a positive way.
Nominate yourself or another undergraduate or graduate student who has exhibited leadership academically, has made notable contributions toward the development of leadership qualities in their fellow students and themselves, demonstrate leadership in co-curricular activities at the University of South Florida
The students selected will get a head shot photo and a celebratory biography on the Office of Multicultural Affairs social media platforms.

(Asian/Pacific encompasses all of the Asian continent and the Pacific islands of Melanesia (New Guinea, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji and the Solomon Islands), Micronesia (Marianas, Guam, Wake Island, Palau, Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Nauru and the Federated States of Micronesia) and Polynesia (New Zealand, Hawaiian Islands, Rotuma, Midway Islands, Samoa, American Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Cook Islands, French Polynesia and Easter Island)
