Modern GPU based graphics works very different than how they used to. Many optimizations and hardware concerns normally come up and make this hard. Surprisingly the techniques are conceptually quite easy. I will explain how modern rasterization techniques work as well other more expensive techniques work in a conceptual level high level overview.
