2016 Outreach Project Coordinator (PC) Application
Thank you for your interest in being a Project Coordinator with the 26th year of the Outreach Tulane Day of Service! PCs are essential to making the day successful, so we really need your help!
What is a Project Coordinator (PC)?
A PC leads a small group of Tulane students to various service sites in New Orleans on the day of Outreach Tulane (Saturday, September 3rd, 2016). As a PC, you will be assigned to a specific service site and will be directly responsible for the group of students attending that site. You will make sure that the students get to and from the site safely, and that they are getting the most of their Outreach experience at the site.
Because this job is so important, we really want people who are reliable and who can provide a positive experience to the students participating in our service activities. We hope you consider being a part of it!
Please note that by submitting this OrgSync Form you are committing to participating in Outreach Tulane as a PC, if selected.
This means that we need you on Saturday, September 3rd, as well as at PC training on either Monday, August 29th or Tuesday, August 30th in the evening (specific times and locations will be confirmed later). At either mandatory training, you will learn all the ins-and-outs of being an awesome PC!
We will contact you soon to confirm your status as a PC. Thanks again for considering volunteering with us! Contact Meredith McInturff at firstname.lastname@example.org or Kelly Ward at email@example.com with any questions!
Deadline for applications: August 5th, 2016!
