2015 Outreach Project Coodinator (PC) Application
Thank you for your interest in being a Project Coordinator with the 25th year of the Outreach Tulane Day of Service! PC's are essential to making the day successful, so we really need your help!
What is a PC?
PC's lead small groups of Tulane students to various service sites in New Orleans on the day of Outreach Tulane (Saturday, August 29th 2015). This year we are partnering with the City of New Orleans to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. As a PC, you will be assigned to a specific service site and will be directly responsible for the group of students attending that site. You will make sure that the students get to and from the site safely, and that they are getting the most of their Outreach experience at the site.
Because this job is so important, we really want people who are reliable and who can provide a positive experience to the students participating in our service activities. It is a very exciting and historic year for the 25th anniversary of Outreach Tulane and the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. We hope you consider being a part of it!
Please note that by submitting this OrgSync Form you are committing to participating in Outreach Tulane as a PC, if selected. This means that we need you on Saturday, August 29th, as well as at PC training on either Tuesday, August 25th or Wednesday, August 26th in the evening (specific times and locations will be confirmed later). At either mandatory training, you will learn all the ins-and-outs of being an awesome PC!
We will contact you soon to confirm your status as a PC. Thanks again for considering volunteering with us!
