Join us every Sunday afternoon for a free, student-led yoga class! We usually meet outside in Audubon park, weather permitting, so check our feed for more details. Meetings will start up again in August. Have a great summer :)

The Yoga Club is a student-led organization that will introduce and instill the physical and mental benefits of yoga. These benefits include stress reduction, physical and mental well-being, strength, power, flexibility, and balance. The ultimate goal of the club is to create a community where students who have an interest in yoga are brought together through classes and discussions, and are left with peace of mind through their practice.
