2018 City of Martin and Student Organization Fair Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2018 City of Martin and Student Organization (CMSO) Fair! The event will be held on Monday, August 27th, 2018 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM inside the Elam Center. The CMSO Fair allows various organizations and city groups to interact with new and current students to publicize their information.


Setup & Booth Details: All organizations can begin setting up after 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 27th. 8’ x 8’ Pipe & drape Booths with (1) 8’ x 2.5’ table and (2) chairs will be provided. Please note all items must fit into allotted booth space. 


Note to all UTM student organizations: This is a Gold Star event!

Note to City of Martin Business: The CMSO Fair is a partnership of UT Martin and the City of Martin. As such, all business participating must be members of the Martin Business Association in good standing.
