Room Reservation Announcement

May 1, 2012 by Tineil Lewis

Student Affairs is implementing a new room reservation policy. Effective immediately, registered student groups may schedule reservations for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013. This advanced scheduling applies only to reservation requests inside the Student Union (SU) and the SU mall.

Please note: room requests made for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 will be in pending status until the requesting organization has filled out their annual student organization registration form. Once the registration is verified, the reservation request may be confirmed and a confirmation notification sent.

For space in academic buildings/auditoriums and other buildings outside of the SU, reservation requests can be made in mid-July for fall and in mid-November for spring.

This only applies to reservations starting August 27th-Spring 2013.
