Athletics Outdoor Facility Reservation Request Form

Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the UT Dallas premises at any time.
Concessions/Ticket Sales: UT Dallas retains the rights for all concessions and ticket operations. Must be scheduled through UT Dallas Athletics 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
Damage to Facilities: All members of the user group(s) are required to follow all rules and regulations as defined by the UT System Regent and Rules during their usage of UTD facilities. User groups are responsible for the actions of all members of the group and will be responsible to make restitution for any damages to UTD property.
Equipment: Athletic equipment is NOT included with field reservations. If your group is in need of athletic equipment (soccer balls, flags, cones, referees, etc.), please contact University Recreation at 972-883-2090.
Insurance: All external user groups must have proof of proper insurance and medical coverage.
Lost or Stolen Property: UTD cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen property or injuries sustained while participating.
Participants: ALL participants MUST hold a current and valid UTD ID. If you or any participants are NOT a current UTD student, faculty or staff, your group may be subject to field rental fees.
Pets: No pets/animals are allowed on the UT Dallas outdoor athletic facilities.
