Spring Organization Fair Sign-Up

Hello Organizations,

On January 17, 2018 we will be hosting a brand new spring organization fair to welcome new UT Dallas students.  We invite your organization to help us show the incoming students all that UTD has to offer. We look forward to your participation! The fair will happen from 12pm-2pm and the location is TBD.

All tables are first come first served. The contact person will need to communicate to those working the table the reminder information that will be sent out prior to the organization fair.

*This fair is capped at 150 participants as we have limited space available. Once the 150 participant cap is reached, all entries beyond this cap will be put onto a wait list.*

All representatives must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Only two (2) representatives per organization are allowed at the organization fair at any time.
  • All materials should be neatly displayed on your table. For safety reasons, display boards and other equipment should not be placed on the floor.
  • Each organization must stay for the duration of the organization fair.
  • Nothing is to be sold at your booth during the fair. This event is NOT a fundraiser.
  • If your organization is unable to attend, someone must notify the SOC office via phone, voice mail, email, or drop in that your organization will not be present.
  • We encourage your organization members at the fair tables to wear organization apparel or other UTD spirit wear.
