Homecoming Tailgate Funding Request 2017

This form is for registered student organizations to request funding for the 2017 Homecoming Tailgate.

Your organization may request a reimbursement of up to $100 not including taxes for tailgate supplies ( decoration and food items). Alcohol should not be requested and will not be reimbursed. You will have to register to participate in the Tailgate.

Homecoming Door Decorating Contest Registration Form

All UT Dallas Faculty and Staff are invited and encouraged to decorate their doors for Homecoming this year. Please note that only doors will be eligible — not offices or foyers, just doors. Feel free to decorate more in the spirit of the event, but only your office door will be eligible for voting. Homecoming Parade Registration

General Information

The Homecoming Parade is an exciting part of the UT-Dallas Homecoming festivities. Registered Student Organizations, UT Dallas sponsored groups, and campus departments must complete the HC Parade registration form. We allow walking entries, golf carts, cars, and trucks to be a part of the parade.

Online Registration for the Homecoming 5K is OPEN!

FYI: WE STILL HAVE T-SHIRTS AVAILABLE

Start/Finish will take place near The Plinth on campus.

Check in will occur on the first floor of Founders Hall (East Side)

You can register the day of at Check in.  Check in Begins at 6:30pm, and the Race Starts at 7:30pm, please do your best to be checked in by 7:15pm.

 

We will have 250 people who are guaranteed to receive a race t-shirt....
