Invitation to hear from Dalton Henry, Former Student Body President

The Student Alumni Board along with the K-State Alumni Association would like to invite you to attend our Distinguished Young Alumni Keynotes on Tuesday, February 28 beginning at 4:30 PM. The keynotes will be held in the McVay Family Town Hall Lecture Room at the Staley School of Leadership Studies. As you may already know, this year’s Distinguished Young Alumni Recipients are Jorge Mendoza ‘10 and Dalton Henry ‘10. Mendoza received his bachelor’s degree in biology and is currently the STEM Exploration Program Manager for the Ohio State University. Henry received his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. He is currently a legislative director for Dr. Roger Marshall and recently served as Director of Policy for U.S. Wheat Associates.

We hope that you are able to join us next Tuesday to hear from these amazing K-State graduates!  The full keynote schedule is below:

  • 4:30 PM – Jorge Mendoza’s Keynote
  • 5:05 PM – Cookies & Punch Reception in the lobby area
  • 5:30 PM – Dalton Henry’s Keynote
