The E.M.P.O.W.E.R.M.E.N.T (Xi Chapter of Delta Xi Nu) is to unify a group of women to have success in education and promoting multicultural awareness. To achieve our goals, we base our beliefs on unique backgrounds with a purpose of building strong sisterhood that will assist us in our success. We invite all women of diverse cultures to join our sisterhood and share their beliefs, as we'll as gain knowledge from our multicultural heritages. The E.M.P.O.W.E.R.M.E.N.T is committed to the furtherance of multiculturalism by promoting diversity and cultural awareness in our local communities and throughout the world.
