It is an organization that offers workshops on Meditation, yoga, wellness, spirituality, life skills learning, ayurvedic cooking. For members who have taken the course, we offer free weekly followups. Currently we are 8 members , out of which 5 members have taken the course. It is the world's largest NGO and have college clubs across United States. We plan to start this club and help facilitate the UNT community.

Purpose/Mission of organization is to build a college community of students and faculty who want to benefit from the ancient techniques of yoga, meditation. The course yes plus is geared specifically for college-aged young adults that allows you to experience the vast, untapped potential inside yourself. During the yesplus course, this potential is set free and you gain a greater vision of who you are and what you want from your life. You find you have the power to create a life that is on-purpose, as well as the confidence to stretch and grow beyond limiting beliefs, and lead a deeply joyful and fulfilling existence—and to find the leader inside of you. This technique has benefitted millions of people who have regularly practiced it. Some benefits include:

Decrease stress and anxiety
Restful sleep and stronger immune system

There are other courses too that are offered under the same umbrella, some of which are geared just towards learning meditation, yoga, Ayurvedic cooking, etc. The generic purpose of this organization is to promote wellness.
