Western Sydney University – Sport are providing two fantastic experiences that are open to everyone.

Learn to Swim is back and we have a weekend Canberra sports trip!!

Learn To Swim
For just $95 you can take part in a 10 week swim program to learn the valuable skill of learning how to swim. This breaks down to just $9.50 per week.

Every Wednesday for 10 weeks (dates listed below)

  • 28 August 2019
  • 4 September 2019
  • 11 September 2019
  • 18 September 2019
  • 25 September 2019
  • 2 October 2019
  • 9 October 2019

Everyone's first lesson will be at 4pm and then you have a choice of time slots - 4pm or 4:45pm (please note your preference)

Cost $95

Ripples Leisure Centre St Marys Charles Hackett Dr, St Marys NSW 2760 (located within walking distance of St Marys train station)

What to bring:

* Swimming Costume
* Towel
* Swimming goggles
* Water bottle
* Student ID

Canberra Sports and Sightseeing Trip
Saturday 3rd - Sunday 4th August ($100)

Saturday 3rd August;

  • Pick-up Parramatta South Campus (Bus-stop outside of building EA) 6AM
  • Arrive in Canberra 10AM
  • Sports matches 10:30AM-3PM
  • Australian War Memorial 3:30PM till close
  • Accommodation check-in and dinner 6:00PM

Sunday 4th August;

  • Check-out and head to Parliament House 10AM
  • Netball GWS Giants vs. Queensland Firebirds 12:30PM
  • Depart Canberra 2:45PM
  • Mt Ainsley Look-out 3:30PM
  • Arrive Parramatta South 8PM

Sports for the event include Badminton, Basketball, Futsal and Table Tennis
