Portal Information

Description

剣道(けんどう)means "the way of sword" if translated directly into English.
Kendo is a physically and mentally challenging activity that combines martial arts practices and values with sport-like strenuous physical activity.
Kendo is also a way to discipline the human character through the application of the principles of the katana. 刀(かたな)--katana means japanese sword.

So, join our club and practice kendo with us if you are tough enough to train both your physical body and mental. You'll have to purchase your own bamboo sword(しないShinai) and protective armors(ぼうぐbogu).
