Greek Village Event Form
This form is used by social fraternities and sororities that:
- Have a townhouse in the Greek Housing area located along East Wooster; and
- Are holding a chapter/ritual event in their house that they are requesting be private; OR
- Want to serve high-risk food(s) as defined in the University Food Service Policy within the facility or within the defined courtyards immediately adjacent to the townhouses; OR
- Want to hold a bake sale with low risk food(s) as defined in the University Food Service Policy and in accordance with the Guidelines for Serving Baked Goods within the facility or within the defined courtyards immediately adjacent to the townhouses.
The University must approve the submission 24 hours prior to the start time of the event so individuals are HIGHLY encouraged to submit this form 3-5 business days in advance. Please submit one form for EACH event. If you are submitting a form for a regularly scheduled event (i.e. weekly chapter meetings, etc.) you will only need to submit this form once.
While any chapter member who has appropriate OrgSync access can submit the form, the chapter president MUST approve the request before staff will review the submission. Such approval is done electronically - the president will get an email from OrgSync and he/she must select APPROVE and then SUBMIT. The person submitting the form must ensure that the correct email address for the chapter president is typed into the form.
