Although the following events are part of the Spirit Competition, separate registration is required:

All student organization teams will be placed in a division based on organization size.

Gold Organization Division
Organizations with 21+ active organization members
For most events there will be three winners from each division who will earn points based on a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finish. In addition to the points your organization can win for each event for finishing in the top three, your organization can also earn points just by participating in a particular activity.
If you organization signs up for an activity, but does not show up, your team will lose 50 points per activity missed. While participating in Homecoming events, we encourage all student groups to advertise their student organization, residence hall, major, or other affiliation.
The organization with the most points at the end of the week will be named the overall spirit week competition winners, will be recognized and announced at the Homecoming Dinner and Dance, and will have their organization’s name engraved on the Homecoming Spirit Award plaque hanging in the Office of Student Life. Second and third place winners will also be recognized and announced at the Homecoming Dinner and Dance.
A complete list of Event Points can be found in the Homecoming Spirit Packet.
