The Student Nurses Association is the UMSL College of Nursing's professional organization for any nursing student, pre-clinical or clinical. Our organization provides you with volunteer opportunities, donation opportunities, and networking opportunities.
How to become a member:
On orgsync, click on the join organization button, fill out the form and we will review your request.

How to be an active member:
Each semester you must...
1. Attend all meetings or send in the code word in each powerpoint (sent out after every meeting).
2. Send in proof of two donations (minimum $5) to any organizations of your choice.
3. Send in proof of one presentation such as research day, etc.
4. Send in proof of at least 4 hours of volunteering or shadowing (volunteer/shadowing sheet can be found under files on orgsync or outside the SNA Room 11A in Seton Lobby; signatures are needed so remember to bring your sheet when you volunteer or shadow!)
Proof of all of these requirements are due at the end of the semester(deadline to be announced) and need to be sent to our secretary for credit.

All student organizations must submit a copy of their constitution and bylaws prior to receiving recognition from the university. Any time a change or revision is made to the constitution or bylaws, a new copy must be submitted.
