Spring 2017 C&O Funding Request Form

This form is available for all Clubs & Orgs to request funding for the Spring 2017 semester from Sunday, January 22, 2017- Sunday, January 29, 2017.

Requirements to be Funded:

-Attend monthly Liaison Meetings. If you cannot make the meetings as a president, please arrange that your V.P. or a chair from your club will be in attendance.

-Register your club online at www.weber.edu/co

-It is expected for the following to be uploaded on your Weber Sync page: Presidents info, Advisers contact info, Picture for club (if needed go to The Graphic Design Request Form on Weber Sync), Events, Constitution, Files, Forms, News, etc. We expect Presidents to use Weber Sync on a weekly basis.

-Complete this form by Sunday, January 29, 2017.
