The Pre-Physician Assistant Club meetings will be held biweekly in the Center for Undergraduate Education (CUE) 502 on Tuesdays at 4:10pm

Description

The Pre-Physician Assistant Club aims to familiarize students interested in becoming Physician Assistants with the admissions process for Physician Assistant schools as well as the duties associated with the profession. Students will become familiar with the life of a Physician Assistant through guest speakers and community service opportunities.We are an informative club with meetings based around giving information about the profession, the GRE, CASPA (online application process to all PA schools), writing personal statements, etc. Community involvement is an important value to us, we participate in various community service and fundraising events to aid local philanthropic efforts and help club members develop their leadership and interpersonal skills. We strive to create a community of camaraderie and fellowship.

Students will become familiar with the life of a Physician Assistant through seminars, guest speakers, and community service opportunities.We are an informative club with meetings based around giving information about the profession, the GRE, CASPA (online application process to all PA schools), writing personal statements, etc. This organization goes beyond serves the community by providing informative resources for its members.

Membership Requirements

Please describe any membership requirements.

To be a full member of this organization, you must attend at least four member meetings per semester. Additionally, a club fee of either $7 per semester or $10 per year must be paid.
