Join the UMSL Japan-America Student Association for our largest event of the semester - JAPAN NIGHT! Come celebrate with FREE Japanese food, trivia for prizes, games, performances, and our special guest: Bunraku Bay Puppet Theater -- Traditional Japanese Puppetry! Bunraku Bay will be putting on a special performance AND demonstration that you won't want to miss! The event will be held in the Pilot House in the Millennium Student Center and it starts at 6pm! JASA recently planted ten adult sakura (cherry blossom) trees on campus in conjunction with Campus Grounds, please bring your lunch to meetup underneath the (hopefully) bloomed trees!

Wiffle Ball Game

So many people suggested a game of wiffleball that the Japan-America Student Association is making it happen! Please join us Friday after Thanksgiving Break for a friendly game. Equipment is provided. We will be located on the MAC court at the UMSL REC. We just need a minimum of 8-10 for a game! プレーボール!

Bounenkai: End of Year Celebration

Bounenkai is Japan-America Student Association's annual December event that is a fusion of American Christmas and Japanese New Years. We will host Japanese food, American sweets, dancing, singing, Christmas lights, games, etc. Bring a $5-10 gift for our White Elephant gift exchange; and come in your ugliest Christmas sweater.

Celebrate the end of the year with the Japan-America Student Association. Come bring good cheer and forget any built up stress that occurred over the past semester.
