The Mission of Phi Chi Theta, a National Professional Fraternity, is to
-provide an opportunity to develop and practice those professional leadership skills and abilities necessary to succeed in the business community;
-provide a local and national network to share resources, ideas, and concepts;
-instill in its membership those values, codes, and creeds which will enable participation in a rapidly changing world; and
-enable members to develop the business astuteness necessary to achieve high esteem and success in their chosen fields.

Membership Requirements

What are the minimum requirements for a person to join your organization?

Any student enrolled at California State University, Chico who takes at least five core business classes; a 2.00 Grade Point Average; has three (3) semesters or more remaining (including pledging semester); and who is not pledging a social fraternity or sorority is eligible for membership. A student is initiated into the Delta Chi Chapter as a member by obtaining 2/3 affirmative vote from the active members present.

List the names of ALL members who are authorized to do business on campus for your club, including your President and Treasurer (i.e. book rooms, reserve tabling, etc.). ONLY THOSE NAMES THAT APPEAR ON THIS LIST WILL BE AUTHORIZED CLUB REPRESENTATIVES.
