Club Programming Committee
Please review the following information before completing the application.
The Club Programming Committee is a joint initiative designed and developed by the Student Government Association and the Dean of Students Office. Support for the managing of the program is provided by Student Involvement. SGA and other departments (Dean of Students Office, Provost, Undergraduate Affairs and Housing and Residence Life) have combined to make significant funding available for student organizations to request.
These funds are intended to afford Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) the opportunity to contribute to the quality of campus life by sponsoring events that may not be possible without this financial assistance. Requests should demonstrate how funding an initiative would inspire a vibrant campus life and an engaged student body. Every request received will be reviewed by the CPC on a case-by-case basis. CPC is composed primarily of students who will decide what requests best support student life and therefore should receive funding. The Dean of Students Office and SGA each appoint four individuals to serve on the CPC.

What you should know before applying
- all CPC funding is considered a one-time allocation for a single and limited purpose
- the requesting organization must be a RSO (Recognized Student Organization) in good standing with the RSO Office.
- the requester can represent more than one RSO as long as all groups are in good standing
- organizations will not receive funding if a detailed budget is not submitted
If your RSO receives direct operating funds from SGA, requests must be for events co-sponsored with another RSO.
The CPC procedures form gives you important information concerning EIN numbers and outside bank accounts, university policies and other CPC regulations. If this is your first time applying for this award it is important for you to read over the procedures.
