Orientation Team leaders must demonstrate positive energy, Bellarmine pride, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that students feel welcome and supported at Bellarmine University. Positions on BOT are attained through an application process that begins at the end of the fall semester. LT members are selected from previous BOT leaders or exemplary student leaders on campus. LT positions are paid and require summer availability. For more information, please contact Jessica Lynch at email@example.com.

CREW and BOSS members participate in retreats and multiple work days in the Spring Semester, two training days in August, and they run Bellarmine's freshman orientation program.
