ECU LeaderShape On-Site Coordinator Application 2016
The On-Site Coordinator role is an integral part of the LeaderShape Faculty Team. You will serve on the planning team, and accompany the entire group to Oak Hill Camp in Raleigh, North Carolina from Saturday, May 7th - Friday, May13th to help deliver curriculum and offer support to the faculty and students in attendance.
The responsibilities of the On-Site Coordinator(s) are to work closely with the Program Coordinator and the Co-Lead Facilitators to ensure that everything at the session runs as smoothly as possible. As the On-Site Coordinator(s), you should be “one step ahead of the curriculum” so that everything is ready to go when it is time to present the next piece. Please keep in mind that this leadership role is focused on the leadership learning and LeaderShape journey for the 2016 ECU LeaderShape cohort and the On-Site Coordinators play a large leadership role within this journey for both faculty and students involved.
On-Site Coordinators will need to commit to planning meetings for LeaderShape will be every Fridays from 1-3pm throughout the Spring semester and additional planning and meeting time, as needed.
