Load Christmas Trees onto a truck

I need strong individuals for heavy lifting.  Will load approximately 80 boxed Christmas Trees onto a  truck.  The trees will be removed from the Storage America storage unit and placed onto a Uhaul truck..

Unload trees and set up for the Festival of Trees fundraiser

Sunday, Nov 18, 2 pm
Greenville Convention Center, 303 Greenville Blvd SW, Greenville NC

The Family Support Network of Eastern NC has approximately 80 trees that will be unloaded from a truck and placed in the specified area in the Greenville Convention Center halls.  Trees will need to be unboxed and put together for decorating.  Decorators will then begin to decorate the trees with themes and ornaments that have been preselected.

Individuals needed to help with final decorating and straightening of decorated trees.  All trees should be finished by Wed. afternoon.   Signs will need to be hung by tree acknowledging the sponsors.

Family Support Network Festival of Trees Gala Event

Need responsible individuals to help in several areas of the Gala Event.  Checking people in by giving them name tags and auction paddles, matching the paddle number to the correct name.   Helping the auctioneer identify paddle numbers, etc.  The dress for the evening must be black pants and white shirt.

Family Support Network Festival of Trees

The Family Support Network needs decorators to decorate Christmas trees for our fundraiser, The Festival of Trees held at the Greenville Convention Center.  Decorations are predetermined and placed beside the trees.   Persons with an eye for detail can also be used to help spruce up decorated trees.

Trees need to be undecorated and boxed up in preparation for loading onto the truck to take back to storage.

Celebrating Christmas in the Carolinas gala event honors sponsors of the Festival of Trees.  This gala supports the Family Support Network of Eastern North Carolina. We are looking for volunteers to support the gala during the event. Volunteers will help welcome guests, run small errands at gala, assist with raffle and silent auction.  Volunteers who take initiative and have outgoing personalities will enjoy volunteering at this event.

Family Support Network Preview Party

Family Support Network is looking for volunteers to help set up for the annual Preview Party on December 6th.  We will need help with event decorating, table set up and other miscellaneous tasks.  Once the Preview Party starts around 6PM, we will need volunteers to help register guests/sell raffle tickets/etc.
