Role Descriptions:

President - Head of the organization is in charge of leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the club as a whole. The spokesman and representative of the club. Creating, communicating and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction.

Vice-President - Assisting the president in every tasks. The president will serve as a mentor to prepare the vice-president to fill in the position.

Secretary - In charge of our club email. Sends and replies to all emails from sponsors and club members. Must take notes (Minutes) during meetings. Cold calling and scheduling meetings with local prospect businesses for sponsor opportunities.

Finance Officer  - Reports directly to the President or Vice-President. In charge of overseeing the club budget and reporting weekly updates of the remaining budget and any new sponsors. Oversees with the Fundraising Specialist. Also in charge of keeping receipts and invoices of any club transactions.

Operations Officer - Reports directly to the President or Vice-President. Facilitates new creative projects. Brainstorms new club initiatives with officers and directors.

Marketing Officer - Reports directly to the President or Vice-President. In charge of overseeing team members and coming up with weekly marketing strategies. Responsible for emailing new recruits forums to the recruitment specialist. In charge of sending out weekly emails that involve club updates and content using Mailchimp email server.

Fundraising Specialist - Reports directly to the Finance Officer to allocate funds for bi-weekly meetings, budget for purchases of club items, cut costs on meeting expenses and brainstorm possible fundraising initiatives. Collaborate with the other committees on income generating projects.

Events Specialist  - Reports directly to the Parliamentarian Officer. Sets up logistics for club events (table reservations, solicitation processes, poster setup). Reserves rooms or decides the location  for club movie nights. In charge of ordering the food for the club meetings. In charge of scheduling meetings and events on Google Calendar.

Recruitment Specialist - Reports directly to the Parliamentarian Officer. Manage database of current members, member leads,  and targeted student groups. Brainstorm recruitment tactics that can be executed during events. Email new members with welcome and update on club.

Web Marketing Specialist - Reports directly to the chief marketing director.  In charge maintaining the club website and updating it with content.

Social Media Specialist – They will be in charge scheduling posts using hootsuite. Monitor mentions and keywords that may be related to entrepreneurship. Interact with people on social media to obtain followers. They will also be in charge of live streaming meetings and events.

Assistant - every team role are given assistants to help execute the tasks without having an overload of work. Assistants may not have a broader knowledge
