U.S. Constitution Day Celebration!

Constitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of United States Constitution by thirty-nine brave men on September 17, 1787. We encourage all UCCS Students to observe this important day in our nation's history by checking out the two commemorative events on campus TODAY!

Constitution Day on the West Lawn; 10:30am-12:30pm

Stop by the West Lawn today and receive a free pocket-sized constitution, and take a photo with a 12ft x 15ft constitution! Learn some interesting facts, and share your knowledge of the constitution!

Constitution Day Speaker Kathleen Hynes on the West Lawn; 12:00pm- University Center 124
Join Kathleen Hynes TODAY at noon in UC 124 in a discussion about what the constitution truly means today and how this document affects controversial issues today.
