Funding Interview Request Form for FY19 Funding Process (Sept. 1, 2018-Aug. 31, 2019)

Student organizations who apply for funding MUST attend a funding interview. A minimum of two officers must be present at the interview. Please utilize this form to select your top three choices for a funding interview time.

You may select more than one time slot for each day to avoid delay in scheduling!

The contact person on the form will be notified as to when the interview is scheduled. An updated interview schedule is available on the Funding Process page of the SGA website. The schedule will be uploaded to the site every Friday until Jan. 22 then daily until Jan. 26.

Make sure that you have submitted the FY18 funding application and funding contract (with electronic signatures). If any of the three steps are missing/incomplete a penalty will be applied to the allocation received.

Interviews will be held in the SGA office which is located in room 302 of the SUB (3rd floor above Barnes & Noble).

Funding Process Deadlines:

Funding Request Process Begins September 11, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.

Budget Application & Funding Contract Due (without penalty) - December 6, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

Budget Application & Funding Contract Due (with 20% penalty) - January 22, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
